Pedro’s Poem
Pedro is Sr. Joan Stoverink’s third grade student at St. John the Baptist. He was proud to have his poem selected for this newsletter and wanted to share with you a little bit about his life… Hello, my name is Pedro. My family is from Mexico and we speak Spanish. At home I like to play with my two Doberman- pinchers and their names are Maximus and Moses. At school I like to do physical activities such as running and playing dodgeball. In ETP I learn how to speak and write in English. When I made my rainbow booklet I learned parts of speech such as adjectives and verbs. It was really fun to write it.
